The majority of my clients for organizational supervision and coaching are SMEs, as their HR and Learning and Development functions are often less developed, leading them to rely on outsourced services. In these businesses, processes of change and the introduction of innovation typically happen more quickly and with greater ease, though they still follow the same fundamental stages as in larger organizations. While I continue to deeply enjoy working with SMEs and supporting their growth, I am equally open to opportunities within the corporate sector—whether for project-based, contract roles, or part-time engagements.
